东莞市2005-2006年流通领域10类食品监督抽查结果分析

Result Analysis of 10 Kinds of Foodstuffs in the Circulation Realm in Dongguan 2005-2006

目的了解东莞市流通领域食品质量状况。方法对2005和2006年东莞市流通领域销售的10类食品的监督抽查结果进行分析,按照国家、地方、企业等卫生标准计算并评价10类食品的监测合格率。结果两年的总体抽查合格率较高,达到89.99%,其中饮用水及饮料的合格率最高,月饼的合格率最低。两年数据进行比较,米面制品、茶叶、小食品、蜂蜜4类食品的合格率无统计学意义,肉及肉制品、饮用水及饮料、蔬菜水果、月饼、食用油、豆制品的合格率则有统计学意义。按总抽查情况分析,各类食品的总合格率间差异有统计学意义。结论东莞市流通领域食品质量状况不容乐观,提示工商部门仍需加大对流通领域食品的监督抽查力度。

Objective To find out the situation of foodstuff quality in the circulation realm in Dongguan. Methods The surveillance inspection results of 10 kinds of foodstuffs in the circulating realm in Dongguan were analyzed from 2005 to 2006 and evaluated based on related standards. Results Tne qualified rate of samples which met with the standards was high during the two years and it accounted for 89.99%. The drinking water and drink had the most qualified samples, and the moon cake had the most unqualified samples. 4 kinds of foodstuffs had not significant difference between the two years, such as tea. But meat and meatmade products had significant difference. Furthermore 5 kinds of foodstuffs had significant difference such as moon cake. As a whole, there were significant differences among the 10 kinds of foodstuffs. Conclusion The situation of foodstuff quality in the circulation realm in Dangguan is not optimistic. The surveillance and inspection on foodstuffs in the circulation realm should be strengthened.
