摘要
介绍了特高压交流试验基地1000kV主变压器高压引线端用油纸电容式变压器套管的技术参数、主要尺寸、结构特点、油中电场计算、研究的关键技术及型式试验项目。套管的额定电压为1100kV,额定电流为2000A。上瓷套的最大伞径为880mm,绝缘高度为7610mm,由七节湿法成形瓷套组成,采用整体加热与局部加热粘接相结合的方法将瓷套粘接成一体。经内外绝缘优化设计、工艺研究及试验验证,研制的产品主要性能指标为工频耐受电压1 200 kV下5min,雷电冲击耐受电压2400kV,操作冲击耐受电压1960kV/1800kV,tanδ值低,局部放电量小,绝缘性能稳定。
It introduces technical specifications, main dimensions, structure features, electric field calculation in oil, key points to be solved and type test program for OIP transformer bushing used as HV leading terminal of 1 000 kV main transformer for UHV A.C. testing base. The rated voltage of bushing is 1 100 kV and the rated current is 2 000 A. The porcelain body has maximum shed diameter of 880 mm and insulation height of 7 610 ram, made of seven separated wet process manufactured parts, jointed together using combinative whole heating and local heating methods. After optimizing insulation design, processing research and testverification, the final product has main specifications as follows: power frequency withstand voltage 1 200 kV 5 rain, lightning impulse withstand voltage 2 400 kV, switching impulse withstand voltage 1 960 kV / 1 800 kV, low dielectric dissipation(tanS), low partial discharge magnitude, stable insulation performance.
