摘要
用新合成的萤光试剂2-(5'-磺基-2'-羟基苯-1'-偶氮)-5-乙氨基-4-甲酚(SPAEC)研究了荧光光度法测定铝的反应条件。铝(Ⅲ)与试剂在pH4.0~5.5的乙酸/乙酸钠缓冲介质中形成1:1型红色配合物并呈现荧光,其最大激发/发射波长为λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=535(520)/575nm。建立了0.05~3.01μol/L铝的荧光测定方法,考察了共存离子的干扰及消除方法,并试用于人工合成样及合金样的分析。
The azo reagent, SPAEC, recently synthesized in authors'laboratory, was employed as a new analytical reagent for fluorimetric determination of aluminum. The optimal conditions for fluorescent complex formation of SPAEC with aluminum(Ⅱ)were established. A 1: 1 type complex was formed withλ_(ex)/λ_(em)of 535/575nm, the quantum yield(φf)being 0. 104 at pH 4. 0~5. 5. The proposed method was used for the determination of aluminium in alloy samples in the range of 0. 5~30×10^(-7)mol/L. The analytical results were in good consistence with those obtained by morin and 8-hydroxylquinonine methods.
