摘要
机械零件加工过程中,因工艺基准或测量基准与设计基准不重合,会出现假废品现象,通过对其产生原因的分析,提出假废品的鉴别方法及防止措施。采用此鉴别方法及防止措施,可以有效防止机械零件加工过程中报废实际合格的零件。
In the processing of machine parts, because of the not reunification between the craft standard or diagraph standard to design standard, the phenomenon of false products will appear. By analyzing to with the reason of false waste products, the discrimination and counter measure of false master products were presented. The discrimination and counter measure can avoid false master products effectively in the processing of machine parts.
