介绍了对一台侧烧炉内流场的观察与测试结果,从中可看出侧壁烧嘴之间的相互作用与烧嘴结构、排列间距的关系,以及这种作用对炉内流场的影响──这种作用的增强将会使炉内形成冲击炉管的高温烟气流,对炉管的安全构成危害。
A radiant wall type furnace bas been observed and teste'd to determine the interaction of radiant wall burners and its influence on the now field in furnace-high temperature gas flow sweeping to the radiant tubes may emerge with the enhacement of the interaction,which is harmful to the tubes. And it is follnded out that the interaction is associated with the burner's structure and the arrangement space.
