摘要
通过在抽空状态下机械密封端面间运动状况实验,测量了端面间压力和位移的变化;讨论了汽液两相密封和全液相密封端面开启过程的动压效应的影响;提出动压作用下密封端面开启失效机理;分析了动环密封圈轴向摩擦力与密封开启失效的必然联系。
By means of the test of moving condition between mechanical sealing faces under pump evacuation, the pressure and dislpacement between end faces are measured. The influences of dynamic pressure effect during the sealing face to be opening for vapor-liquid mixing phase sealing and full liquid phase sealing are discussed. The mechanism of sealing face operating failure under the action of dynamic pressure is proposed. The inevitable relation between axial friction force of movable sealing ring and sealing operating failure is analized.
