摘要 介绍了彩色喷墨打印用着色剂的技术发展历史,分析了颜料型着色剂的分子聚集特点、颜色特点和分散技术,介绍一种新型可用于新一代喷墨打印的以超支化分子为核的颜料微球结构,其技术特点是采用末端带活性基团的超支化分子作为内核,在其外缘与染料分子进行化学键合,从而形成有机颜料,颜料颗粒可控制为微米或纳米尺度粒径,染料分子以较大的密度包覆于微球外层。在这样的超支化结构支撑下,染料分子间很难产生自发的分子堆砌作用,从而减少或避免了微粒聚集和晶型变化现象的发生,保证了有机颜料颗粒的尺寸稳定性和颜色稳定性。 The history of colorants for ink jet was introduced.The properties of aggregate,color and dispersing techniques of the pigment were reviewed. The structure of micro particle of colorants with the core of hyperbranched molecules for novel ink jet was introduced.This structure reduced the possibility of aggregating or changing of crystal forms and stabilized the sizes and colors of the colorants.
