Mr. WU Zai-lang, 88, CPC Member, Former Council President of Chinese Society of Photographic Science and Engineering （CSPSE）, Deputy Director of Shanghai Photographic Film General Factory, All-China Labor Model, died in Shanghai on January 30, 2007 due to uncured diseases.
