摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)为膜的基质材料,以微米级粉末状阳离子交换树脂(D061)为功能性颗粒,采用相分离的方法,制备了不同树脂填充量的D061/PES杂化膜,并研究树脂的填充量对杂化膜的形态结构、纯水通量以及牛血清蛋白截留率的影响.结果表明:D061/PES杂化膜仍呈非对称结构;随着铸膜液中阳离子交换树脂颗粒填充量的逐渐增加,其纯水通量下降;当D061与PES质量之比为30/70时,杂化膜对牛血清蛋白的截留率达到最大值97.70/0(60℃).
The cation exchange resin/PES hybrid membranes with different amounts of resin particles are prepared by a phase inversion method and using polyethersulfone (PES) polymer matrix as the matrices material and cation exchange resin (D601) particles as functional sites. The effect of DO61 particles amounts on morphology, pure water flux, and rejection of BSA of the hybrid membranes are studied. The results show that the morphology of D061/PES hybrid membranes is still asymmetric by loading DO61 particles; with the increasing amounts of D061 particles its pure water flux is declined; when the content ratio of DO61 and PES is 30: 70, its rejection for BSA has the maximum of 97.7%(60℃).
