摘要 通过改变成膜条件,纺制出了相同壁厚不同内径的聚醚砜中空纤维膜.采用离心浇铸法将中空纤维膜封装成透析器,研究其力学性能及透析器的透析性能.结果表明,膜的力学性能可以满足透析要求;纤维内径为0.26 mm的透析器对尿素和溶菌酶的清除率分别为88.600/和62.7900/,均为最高,对牛血清白蛋白的截留率可达到9800/以上;增大模拟液或透析液流速,可以提高尿素和溶菌酶的清除率,但对牛血清白蛋白的截留率影响不大. Polyethersulfone (PES) hollow fiber membranes with different inner diameter and the same wall thickness are spun by changing membrane forming conditions. The membranes are sealed to dialyzers by centrifugal moulding method. The mechanics performance of the membranes and the dialysis performance of the dialyzers are stud- ied. The results show that the mechanics performance can satisfy the demand of dialysis ; the clear rates of the dialyzers prepared with the fiber whose inner diameter is 0.26 mm to urea and lysozyme are 88.6% and 62.79% separately, which are the highest, and the rejection to BAS came to 98% above ; when the flow velocity of dialysis fluid or simulated solution is increased, the clear rate of urea and lysozyme is improved, but the rejection of BAS show little variety.
