摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了I掺杂改性纳米TiO2光催化剂.在模拟太阳光照射下,研究了该催化剂的制备条件、添加量、溶液pH值以及H2O2浓度等诸因素对亚甲基蓝光催化降解性能的影响.结果表明:选用I掺杂量1000/、煅烧温度在500℃下得到的I-TiO2催化剂,且调节亚甲基蓝溶液pH值为8时,其光催化活性达到最佳效果.
Using tetrabutylorthotitanate as a precursor, I-doped TiO2 photocatalyzer is obtained by sol-gel method. Irradiated by solar color dysprosium lamp, the effect of the preparation conditions of I- doped TiO2 powders and its additions, the solution pH, and the concentration of H202 on the photocatalytic degradation for methylene blue is studied. It is found that when the calcination temperature is 500℃, the ratio of I is 10%, the addition of I- doped TiO2 is 1.5 g/L, the solution pH is 8, the photocatalytic activity of I-doped TiO2 for the degradation of methylene blue is the best.
