摘要
文中提出一种力传感器的动态标定装置,用于动态加载情况下对力传感器进行动态标定.该装置以力矩电机作为动力源,通过滚珠丝杠传动和2级液压缸增大推力,实现了便携式和微动力条件下的大负荷加载输出.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对所设计的结构进行了强度和刚度分析,结果表明所提出的机械结构是合理可行的.最后,对该装置计算机数据采集及控制系统作了初步的探讨.
This paper presents a dynamic calibrating device of force sensor. This device is used for the dynamic calibration of force sensor when the force is loaded more and more incessantly to the force sensor which is being calibrated. This device is motivated by the moment electromotor, and enhances the force which is produced by the moment electromotor through a ball screw and two hydraulic cylinders. In this way, it comes true that a big loading output is produced on the condition that the device is portable with micro-drive. Then ANSYS is used to analyze the stiffness and intensity of the structure which is designed, the result of which shows that the mechanical structure is reasonable. Finally, a tentative exploration about the data collection and manipulative system of the dynamic calibrating device is made.
