摘要
通过对不同采收期的葡萄柚果实总糖含量、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量的测定分析和感官特性的评价,表明随着采收期的推迟,果实含糖量、可溶性固形物含量增高,可滴定酸含量降低.在常温货架陈列期中,12月下旬采收的果实陈列效果较好,保持优良商品外观品质的时间较长。综合各种因素,葡萄柚在云南西双版纳善文区域12月25日左右采收最好。
In this paper, the contents of total sugar, soluble solids and organic acids in grapefruit were determined, and sensory characteristics of fruits in different stages were appraised. The results show that the contents of total sugar and soluble solids in grapefruit are increased, while the content of organic acid in grapefruit is decreased with harvest delaying. In room temperature, the shelf life of grapefruit harvested in the last ten-day period of December is good, and it can keep good sensory quality for a long time. The optimal harvest stage of grapefruit in Yunnan province is about in the 25th, December.
