Design and Adjustment of Turnplate-type Dropping Seedling Mechanism

吊篮式移栽机是铺膜移栽机械中栽植率较好的机械,但直接投苗不够方便安全,而且容易漏苗,大面积移栽棉花效率低。我们设计了一种简单可靠的投苗机构,它调整简单方便,能够较大的提高整机的工作效率,降低漏苗率。

The nacelle-type transplanter is a good machinery for transplanting film,but it is not convenient and safe to directly drop seedling and it is easy to leave out seedling when the machine is operated and its work efficiency is low when cotton seeds are transplated over the large areas. Now a simple and credible type of mechine was designed,which was easy and convenient to be operated and adjusted. The efficiency of the machine is much more greatly improved. There is less seedling to leave out in work process.
