摘要
采用完全双列杂交半轮配法,用6个优良亲本,配制15个杂交组合。结果表明,8498-2亲本的单球重、紧实度、中心柱、开展度等的一般配合力和特殊配合力综合表现最好,其次是94126-1亲本。94126-1×8498-2组合的综合性状最好,其次是94126-1×84101组合。7个性状的特殊配合力效应方差均大于一般配合力效应方差,表明采用杂种优势育种对选育早熟、优质、丰产的秋甘蓝新品种有利。
Six parental lines were used in a Griffing-4 design and 15 combinations were obtained. The result showed that the general combining abilities (G. C. A.) and special combining abilities (S. C. A.) of parent 8498-2 in the head weight, compactness, core length and plant expansion and so on were the best synthetically. The second best was parent 94126-1 of the 15 combinations, 94126-1×8498-2 was the most promising combination and the next was 94126-1×84101-1. Seven characters were studied and their variances of S. C. A. were higher than those of G. C. A., which indicated that heterosis breeding was beneficial to the selection of high quality, early-maturing and productive autum cabbage varieties. The result also indicated that there were correlation between different characters.
