摘要
用0.5~5.0mmol/L的Ca2+溶液浸水稻种子1天,可增强水稻种子萌发时的α-淀粉酶活性,提高种子活力及萌发率。5.0mmol/LCa2+溶液能降低种子低温吸胀时初始电导率和电导率的增长率以及浸出液中蛋白质和可溶性糖含量,减缓低温对稻种吸胀时的伤害。
The effects of Ca 2+ treatment on seed vigor and cold-resistance in rice were studied. The results showed that after the rice seed was soaked in the solution of 0.5~ 5.0 mmol/L Ca 2+ for one day, its α-amylase activity, its vigor and its germination percentage increased. It was also found that 5.0 mmol/L Ca 2+ solution could decrease the rate of conductance and its increasing rate at the initiation stage of inhibition under the condition of low temperature. Its leakage of electrolytes, protein and soluble sugar also decreased in comparision with control, and raised cold-resistance of rice seed.
