高寒地区储罐基础冷铺沥青砂施工技术

Construction Method of Cold-laid Bitumen Sand for Storage Tank Foundation in Intensive Cold Area

介绍了冷铺沥青砂的性能、特点、适用范围,以及在冬季低于-15℃的温度条件下,储罐基础冷铺沥青砂的施工方法和检验方法。运用该技术解决了施工中的难题,保证了工程质量和工期,通过对冷铺沥青砂与普通沥青砂的综合费用进行经济对比分析,得出冷铺沥青砂在价格上占有较大优势,从而降低了工程成本。

This paper introduces the asphalt performance,characteristics and application scope as well as adopting cold-laid bitumen sand technique for storage tank foundation construction under-15℃.The authors consider that this method effectively solves relative technological issues,can ensure the cold-laid quality and progress.The economic comparison on the cold-laid bitumen sand and ordinary bitumen sand in comprehensive cost is made,and the results show that the former is advantageous in price,which decreases the project cost.
