摘要
在基础教育新课程推进过程中,课程评价改革遭遇难以自拔的困境:呈愈演愈烈之势的应试教育,评价目标的多元性与考试功能的有限性之间的矛盾,课程评价改革目标的理想化与现实教育条件相脱离等等,致使课程评价改革层层衰减,改革方案难以贯彻落实到实处。要使课程评价改革走出困境,教育行政部门必须正确认识并积极采取措施遏制应试教育的泛滥,为学校推进课程评价改革“减压”“松绑”;进一步推进高校招生制度改革,发挥考试对课程评价改革的导向引领作用;充分发挥学校教育工作者的主体作用,积极推进基础教育课程评价改革。
In the process of the advance of new elementary education curriculum , the reform of curriculum evaluation is suffering a dilemma : examination--targeted education assumes increasingly fierce potential; the contradiction between the polytropism of evaluation goal and limited function of the test; the idealization of the curriculum evaluation goals is separated from the reality education conditions, and so on…… Those weaken the effect of curriculum evaluation reform, causing the reform plan hard to carry out.
To get rid of the dilemma, the educational administration department must correctly understand and take positively measures to limit the examination--targeted education, "reducing pressure" for the curriculum evalution reform; advancing universities enrollment system reform further, displaying guidance function of test to the reform of curriculum evaluation; fulfilling the function of school professional staff, positively advancing the reform of the curriculum evaluation reform.
