摘要
本文试图通过对若干中学教师的个案研究,发现影响教师性别角色意识的因素,了解女教师是如何把自己的性别角色意识渗透到课堂之中,从而对男女学生施加影响,以及她们是如何看待性别意识影响的。
This paper tries to discover the factors that influence the consciousness of teacher's gender role by case study of several middle-school teachers and to understand how female teachers penetrate the consciousness of their own gender role into classroom teaching so as to exert some effects on male and female students and how they consider the influence of gender consciousness.
