摘要
研究了在pH7.2—8.4范围内,有CTMAB存在下,钯与该试剂二甲氧基-苯基萤光酮的显色反应,生成的配合物λ_(maX)=587nm,ε=1.11×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).钯与显色剂之比为1:3。钯量在0—6μg/10ml内服从比尔定律。采用巯基棉分离常见金属离子富集钯,选择性较高。方法用于钯催化剂中钯的测定,与其它方法相对照,结果一致。
The conditions for colour reaction of Pd(Ⅱ)with 3', 4'-Dimethoxy-Phenylfluorone and the composition of the complex formed in the presence of CTMAB have been studied. The complex is formed at pH 7. 2~8. 4, The maximum absorption of the complex is at 587 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.11×10~5 L, mol^(-1), cm^(-1), The molar ratio of Pd to the reagent in the complex is 1: 3. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~6 μgPd/10ml. The common metal ions can be separeted by sulfhydryl cotton fiber, so that this method has better selectivity. The method proves to be satisfactory for the direct determination of Pd in the Pd-catalysts.
