本文通过文献资料法、调查法,对如何优化普通高校太极拳选修课教学进行研究。认为:优化太极拳教学必须从学生的认知需求出发,以大学生学习兴趣为导向,加强对太极拳健身、健心、修身等理论的讲授;采取深入浅出的,突出重点的教学方式;结合教学内容,灵活选用多种辅助教学手段。

Establish the taijiquan elective course in regular institution of univercity, be strengthen the college student studying interest, cutting down obstacle in the learning process, we must optimize taijiquan teaching. Think： Optimize teaching should set off from student＇ s cognition need, take the college student studies interest as guiding, reinforce instructiong to taijiquan theory such as strenthening body, being good for the heart, cultivating mental character： Adopt the way explaining profound theories in simple lanuage, laying stress on the key points in teaching; Select and use the various auxiliary teaching means combining with content of courses nimbly.
