氧化还原信号转导的研究进展及其对晶状体上皮细胞增殖的作用 被引量:2

摘要 氧化还原信号转导是近十年发展起来的新理论。该理论认为,生长因子及细胞因子作用于细胞后,细胞内迅速生成活性氧,这些活性氧有第二信使的作用,参与了DNA复制、细胞增殖、迁移、分化等过程。本文就氧化还原信号转导的研究进展及其在晶状体的研究现状进行综述。
