摘要
根据机械系统运行中测量到的信号的处理,进行系统特征识别。针对非线性系统的特点,区别于以往对线性系统使用的时域,频域定性分析法,用分形维数定量刻画机械系统运行状态。使用分形维数中能直接反映转子系统运行特点的关联维数来获得转子运行故障以及故障发展程度的定量描述。本文采用的高效关联维数算法,提高了计算速度和描述转子系统故障的精度。
The system feature is identified based on processing of signal measured from a running mechanical system.Fractal dimension is adapted to quantitatively describe non-linear systems,it is different from qualitative analysis of linear systems in time and frequency domains,The correlation dimension of a fractal dimension is the good one to directly reflect running features of rotor systems,it can give the quantitative description about rotor running fault and its level.The calculation method of correlation dimension proposed here is very efficient to improve computing speed and describing accuracy of rotor fault.
