肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂诱发银屑病 被引量：3

Psoriasis induced by tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂(TNF-αI)etanercept、infliximab和adlimumab能有效治疗类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和炎性肠病,对银屑病和银屑病关节炎有极好的临床疗效,并能有效控制银屑病皮疹、肌腱端炎和指(趾)炎。但是肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂也有少见的不良反应能够诱发银屑病和掌跖脓疱病,已发生40余例。本文探讨TNF-αI产生这种双相作用的原因。
