摘要
基于数据采集与处理技术设计了低成本活塞式压气机性能测试实验台,重点讨论了系统硬件和软件的组成特点,分析了实测的p-α图、p-V图和多变指数.实际应用表明,该实验台可以真实再现压气机的热力过程,既可以用于压气机热力学分析的本科实验,又可以用于压气机运行故障的诊断分析.
The design and realization of a cost-effective performance test system based on data acquisition and processing for piston compressor are presented, and the characteristics of the system in the hardware and software are discussed emphatically. The measured p-a curve,p-V curve and poly parameter are analyzed. The practical application shows that the system can truly reproduce the thermodynamic processes of a piston compressor, and can be utilized not only for the college experiment of the thermodynamics analysis of piston compressor, but also for performance fault diagnoses of piston compressor.
