摘要
本文自行设计了流动注射——示差脉冲溶出伏安法(FIA-DPASV)系统,探讨了该系统的性能,结果表明,该系统具有良好的重现性、灵敏度和分辨率,有较强的抗先还原物质能力,无携出效应,峰电流与试样的分散度无关,对自制的壁喷池的喷射方式进行了选择。利用本系统测定了自来水中的Pb及人血清中的Cu、Pb和原子吸收法比较,结果可靠。
A flow Injection analysis-differential pulse stripping voltammetry(FIA-DPASV)system has been designed and investigated. The advantages of this system are its stability, reliability and sensitivity, A continuous monitoring system has also been constructed. Using this system lead and copper in serum and lead in tap water were determined. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by AAS.
