先天性小耳畸形外耳再造临床研究

目的探讨先天性小耳畸形的外耳再造方法。方法应用皮肤扩张法结合自体肋软骨支架进行外耳再造102例（110耳）。术中应用健耳镜面像和数字化技术真实地打印出再造患耳的相片，用以指导耳廓支架的雕刻。结果经6个月-3年的随访观察，102例中除6例再造耳有不同程度的软骨吸收、变形外，其余再造耳的大小、形状、位置与健耳相似，外耳逼真，微细结构显示清晰。结论利用镜面像技术和数字化技术真实的复制出要再造耳的相片，指导肋软骨支架的雕刻以及结合皮肤扩张法进行外耳再造，效果满意，是先天性小耳畸形理想的治疗方法。

Objective To study the methods of external ear reconstruction for congenital microtia. Methods From 2003 January to October 2006, we employed a skin expanding method and autogenous cartilage framework to perform the external ear reconstruction in 102 patients （ 110 ears）. In the surgical operation we used the normal ear mirror photography and the digital technique to print out the photogratph of the ear really to be reconstructed, in order to guide the carving of the auricular support. Results After a 6 month- 3 year follow- up, 96 of the 102 patients had life like new ears, analogous to normal ears in size, shape, position, with distinct microstructure. The reconstructed ears of the other 6 patients had cartilage absorption and transformation in varying degrees. Conclusions The reconstruction of enternal using ear, the mirror photography and digital technique to duplicate a photograph of real ear,for guiding the carving of the rib cartilage support,combined with a skin expanding method is satisfactory;it was an ideal treatment for congenital microtia.
