非活性有机钼与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的抗磨协同效应 被引量:8

ANTIWEAR SYNERGISM BETWEEN ORGANIC MOLYBDATE CONTAINING NO SULPHUR AND PHOSPHORUS AND ZnDDP

摘要 采用四球试验机考察了非活性有机钼在基础油和成品油中的极压抗磨性能以及与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)的极压抗磨协同作用。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析等方法研究了非活性有机钼与ZnDDP抗磨协同作用机理。结果表明,非活性有机钼在基础油和成品油中都具有良好的抗磨性能,与ZnDDP表现出了非常好的抗磨协同效应。非活性有机钼与ZnDDP的协同作用不是在较低温度下生成具有高效抗磨性能的新物质而产生的结果,而是因为在高温摩擦过程发生化学反应生成Mo-S化合物润滑膜的结果。 The extreme pressure & anti-wear performance of the organic molybdate containing no sulphur and phosphorus (Molybdate) in a paraffin base oil and formulated oils, and the anti-wear synergistic effects of the Molybdate with zinc dialkyldithiophosphate(ZnDDP) were investigated by using four-ball machine and the analytical tools such as scanning electron microscope(SEM) and frared spectrograph. The results indicate that the Molybdate has good anti-wear properties both in base oil and formulated oils, and has good anti-wear synergisms with ZnDDP. This anti-wear synergism does not occur at low temperature due to formation of a new material with high anti-wear ability, but occurs at high temperature due to formation of Mo S lubricating films under the friction.
