摘要
采用6120Q直喷式柴油机对十六烷值改进剂、表面活性剂和有机金属化合物作为柴油添加剂降低柴油机碳烟排放的规律进行了试验研究。结果表明,三类化合物都能有效地降低柴油机碳烟排放。采用均匀设计试验考察了十六烷值改进剂、表面活性剂、有机金属化合物和二甲苯的复合使用效果,并得到最优配方。采用HZD433B柴油机对该配方柴油添加剂进行了柴油发动机外特性和负荷特性性能试验。结果表明,在0#柴油中添加质量分数为0.15%的该配方柴油添加剂后,柴油发动机在全负荷时,有效功率平均增加3.0%,燃油消耗率平均下降2.2%,排气烟度平均下降19%,排气温度在负荷率为50%以上时明显降低。
Effects of cetane number improver, surfactants and organometallic compounds as diesel fuel additive on soot emission reduction were investigated with a 6120Q DI diesel engine. The results showed that the soot emission was significantly decreased when each of the three kinds of compounds was added into the diesel fuel. The compounded usage of cetane number improvers, surfactants, organometallic compounds and xylene was investigated based on the uniform design experiments, and the optimal formula was determined according to the experimental data. The effective power, fuel consumption rate, soot emission and exhaust gas temperature were measured with a HZD433B diesel engine, to ascertain the effect of the formula fuel additive on engine performance when its mass fraction in 02 diesel fuel was 0.15%. The results showed that the effective power increased by 3. 0%, the fuel consumption rate decreased by 2. 2% and the soot emission decreased by 19% as average at full engine load, the exhaust gas temperature significantly decreased at engine load rate more than 50%.
