Process and Techniques for Establishment of Information Technology Standard for Community Health Services

社区卫生服务信息技术标准建设是实现社区卫生信息化的基础和关键,本文拟从需求分析、功能模型构建、信息框架模型构建、数据元抽取、数据集建立、数据元及元数据描述等方面对其主要建设流程和技术方法进行简要介绍,并列举了在标准建设过程中所遵循和参照的国际国内相关标准。

To establish information technology standard for community health services （CHS） is fundamental for CHS informatization construction. In this paper we briefly introduce the main construction processes and its techniques from the aspects of requirement analysis; function model construction; model construction of information frame; data element distilling method; database design; metadata and data element description. And we also enumerate some reference standards both at home and abroad.
