摘要
肺部真菌感染发生率逐年增加,临床表现及影像学缺乏特异性,极易造成误诊和漏诊,延迟治疗及不规范的治疗是真菌感染预后不良的重要危险因素,本文结合临床病例进一步探讨分析侵袭性支气管肺念珠菌感染的早期诊断和正确治疗。
The morbidity of pulmonary fungal infection has increased in the resent years, Its clinical manifestation and radiography are lack of specificity; so it is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed in diagnosis. To delayed or non -standardized anti -fungal treatment is an important risk for unfavorable prognosis. In this article the author discusses the early diagnosis and correct treatment of invasive bronchopulmonary candidiasis, combining with analysis of a case.
