社区康复对恢复期脑卒中患者手功能恢复的影响

Effect of Community-Based Rehabilitation on Hand Functional Recovery in Convalescent Stroke Patients

目的探讨社区康复治疗脑卒中恢复期患者手功能障碍的效果。方法采用以康复医师指导下的家庭康复训练为主的综合治疗方法,对30例脑卒中恢复期有手功能障碍患者进行社区康复治疗,采用Fugl-Meyer评定法中腕关节与手的主动运动功能评定及Barthel指数评定法、Brunnstrom分级法对患者进行治疗前、后的功能评定。结果经过6个月的社区康复训练后,患者Fugl-meyer评分腕关节与手的主动运动功能积分、Barther指数训练后较训练前差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论社区康复应结合患者的年龄、文化程度及康复需求,开展多种多样的相关康复活动,康复治疗对手功能恢复尤为重要。康复训练后患者手的运动功能、日常生活活动功能均有明显改善。

Objective To study the effects of community - based rehabilitation for hand functional recovery in convalescent stroke patients. Methods The compound therapies taking family training under the guidance by physiatrists as the chief was used for thirty hemiplegic patients with hand functional obstacle in community - based rehabilitation. The motor function of the hand and wrist joint before and after treatment were assessed by using simple Fugl - Meyer Assessment, Barthel index and Brunnstrom classification. Results After the 6 - month community - based rehabilitation, the motor function of hand and activities of daily living （ADL） were obviously ameliorated as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Community - based rehabilitation can improve the functional recovery of hand in convalescent stroke patients.
