Develop Rural Financial System:the New Path of the New Country Construction

在诸多开展新农村建设的方法措施中,有一条非常重要的路径是通过发展完善我国的农村金融体系,形成良好的金融深化对经济发展的促进机制,来推进我国的新农村建设。我国农村金融资源现状的主要特点是大量农村资金流出农村和农民获得金融支持难,针对这一情况,本文提出了五条具体的对策措施。

There is a more important new path, which pushes forward the new rural construction by the development of the rural financial system, in many methods of the new country construction. The article briefly proves that finance support is more important to the rural economy development, and generalize the main characteristics of the rural financial resources are the outfolw of a great deal of rural funds from village and farmers difficulty acquiring finance support. Aimed at this circumstance, the article puts forward five concrete countermeasures, which are hoped to have some benefit to the development of rural finance, then to the new country construction.
