摘要
为适应社会政治、经济、文化发展的需要,我国近年大力发展高等教育,高等教育跨入了大众化的行列。我国高等教育大众化呈现出“政府主导的跨越型”、“后发型”、“内涵式”、“无差别型”、“非协调型”、“非均衡性”等特点。新特点、新问题的出现,要求我们正确处理政府、学校、家庭(学生)之间的责权关系,要求我们正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系,要求我们转变教育观念、找准办学定位、改革课程设置、改变教育教学方式,促进高等教育健康快速发展。
To meet the social, economic and cultural development needs in China, higher education is more and more popularized. Popularization of higher education in China has distinct Chinese characteristics, such as the striding over type displaying the government leading factor, the connotation type, "non-discrimination" and "non-conforming', "balanced" features, etc. The emergence of the new characteristics and the new problems urge us to handle the duty and right relation between the government, schools, families (students) properly, require us to correctly handle the relationships among reform, development and stability, requires us to transform our educational concepts, identify the school orientation, reform the curriculum, and change the teaching methods. Only in this way can we promote the healthy and rapid development of higher education.
