On Cultivation Patterns of English Major Students in Normal Education

教师教育英语专业人才培养改革主要应该在以下四个方面进行:(1)专业知识与综合素质教育相结合,注重提高学生的英语综合应用能力;(2)跨文化意识与国际交往能力培育相结合,注重培养学生的跨文化交际能力;(3)终身教育的观念和多种能力培养相结合,注重培育学生的教育教学能力;(4)民族精神、合作精神和奉献精神教育相结合,注重培育学生的高尚情操。

The paper has analyzed and proposed that the reform should be focused on the following four aspects： （1） Combining major knowledge with comprehensive quality education and laying stress on improving students practical ability; （2） Combining cross-cultural awareness with international exchange ability and laying stress on improving students cross-cultural ability; （3） Combining the concept of life education with multi-ability cultivation and laying stress on students teaching ability; （4） Combining the spirits of nation and cooperation with the tribute and laying stress on cultivating students noble values.
