摘要 通过对气体发生器零件的分析,提出了金属最后充满模膛位置的判断参数,并用DefORm-2D对其冷挤压和热挤压过程进行了有限元模拟分析,比较了两种挤压过程中的物理量场。通过计算机模拟看出,热挤压是更为经济合理的方案。采用工艺试验验证了模拟结果。 In this paper, with the analysis of the key part in car air bag, judgment parameter which judged the metal last filled lo cation of the die cavity was put forward. Two forming processes which were cold and hot backward extrusion were simulated with DEFORM-2D, and the fields of each variable in the two processes were compared. The conclusion was gained that the hot backward extrusion was a more effective and feasible process. The simulation result was proved successfully by the experiments at last.
