对社会主义新农村建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Socialist New Countryside

党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的新任务。建设社会主义新农村是我国经济发展的必然趋势,也是解决我国“三农”问题的重要途径。本文根据十六届五中全会提出的新农村建设的总体要求,就现时期进行新农村建设需要注意的几个问题进行了简要探讨。

The new task of building the socialist new countryside is clearly stated at the 5th plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the C. P. C. It is the inevitable trend of the economic development in our country and an important solution to the ＂Three Nong＂ problems （Agriculture problem, Countryside problem and Farmers problem）. The article probes briefly the problems worthy of note in the construction of new countryside at present accord- ing to the general requirements specified at the meeting.
