高职院校物流人才培养探究

On the Cultivation for the Logistics Majors in High Vocational College

高职物流教育肩负着为我国物流业的发展培养高技能人才的使命。因此,要着力发展物流业,必须重视物流人才的培养。从物流人才的供需现状分析入手,对高职院校物流人才的培养目标定位、课程设置等进行简要论述,提出了高职院校培养物流人才的几点思考。

Along with the rise of the logistic industry, those who have a good command of the logistics management skills will be the urgently needed talented persons. In the present fierce employment competition, we need to train high vocational logistics graduates with the strong competitive ability. Under such circumstances, logistics major should clarify training objects, and reform teaching contents and methods, with the arrangement of theory and practice lessons and guidance on their employment.
