摘要
目的建立头孢西丁钠有关物质检测的新的高效液相色谱方法。方法在C18BDS柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)上,以乙腈-0.007%磷酸氢二钾溶液(8∶92)为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃测定注射用头孢西丁钠有关物质。结果注射用头孢西丁钠有关物质与含量均符合标准。结论该方法快速简便、精确,适用于该产品的质量分析。
Objective To set up a new HPLC method for the determination of relevant substances of cefoxitin sodium for tion. Methods Chromatographic condition: Hypersil C18 BDS column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 007% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate (8 : 92), detected at 260 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1, and the temperature was 30 ℃. Results The relevant substance and content of cefoxitin sodium for injection accorded with the standards. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and convenient, and can be used for the quantitative analysis of cefoxitin sodium for injection.
