高效液相色谱法测定喉痛灵颗粒中腺苷的含量

Determination of adenosine in Houtongling granules by HPLC

目的建立喉痛灵片中腺苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相法，色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为0．03％磷酸-甲醇（91：9），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长260nm。结果腺苷进样量在0．0356～0．3560μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率为98．6％，RSD为0．53％。结论本方法简便、快速、分离度好，能有效控制该制剂质量。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of adenosine in Houtongling granules by HPLC. Methods The SinoChrom ODS-BP column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, and the mobile phase was composed of 0. 03% phosphoric-methanol （91 ： 9）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1, and the detection wavelength was at 260 nm. Results The determination of hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at 0. 035 6-0. 356 μg, r= 0. 999 8. The mean recovery was 98.6% RSD was 0.53%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate , suitable for the quauity control of the drug.
