高效液相色谱法测定冠心通胶囊中丹参素的含量

Content determination of Danshensu in Guanxintong capsules by HPLC

目的建立冠心通胶囊中丹参素的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（8：91：1），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，柱温：30℃，检测波长为281nm。结果丹参素在0．052-0．520μg呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为100．8％，RSD=1．4%。结论所建方法准确可靠，操作简便，稳定性好。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Guanxintong capsules. Methods Hypersil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （ 8 ： 91 ： 1 ） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The UV-detection wave length was 281 nm. Results The linear range of Danshensu was 0. 052-0. 520 μg, （r=0. 999 8） , the recovery was 100.8% and the RSD= 1.4 %. Conclusion The method is simple , accurate and stable.
