摘要
目的建立冠心通胶囊中丹参素的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(8:91:1),流速:1.0mL·min^-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为281nm。结果丹参素在0.052-0.520μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=1.4%。结论所建方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性好。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Guanxintong capsules. Methods Hypersil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid ( 8 : 91 : 1 ) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The UV-detection wave length was 281 nm. Results The linear range of Danshensu was 0. 052-0. 520 μg, (r=0. 999 8) , the recovery was 100.8% and the RSD= 1.4 %. Conclusion The method is simple , accurate and stable.
