摘要 目的建立中药统一化色谱指纹图谱和相对统一化特征的判据方法,用b、f和φ等23个参数揭示中药统一化色谱指纹图谱的相对统一化特征。方法用银杏叶提取物(GBE)、银杏达莫注射液(GLEDI)和苦碟子(ISH)与苦碟子注射液(ISHI)的对照HPLC指纹图谱进行统一化色谱指纹图谱和相对统一化特征判据研究。结果从Fa/t、,υV,,υg等代表指纹峰的定点性质参数和Ft/a、b、B、b、b″、f等代表指纹峰的定信号性质参数,综合评价出GBE最理想,GBE和GLEDI峰分布均匀性(等距性)较好,ISH积分速率和效率最高。结论中药统一化色谱指纹图谱能真实反映指纹图谱的全貌,用b、f和φ等23个参数可客观、真实、全面地揭示中药统一化色谱指纹图谱的统一化特征。 Objective To establish the unified chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine and the relatively unified criterion of the characteristics by exploiting the 23 parameters such as b^-, f and φ. Methods The contrast HPLC fingerprints of the ginkgo biloba extract (GBE), diphyridamole injection (GLEDI), ixeris sonchifolia hance. (ISH) and ixeris sonchifolia hance, injection (ISHI) were unified to give the unified parameters to disclose their characteristics. Results The fixed-point characteristic parameters such as Fa/t, υ, V, υ^-, g and the fixed-signal characteristic parameters such as Ft/a, b, B, b^-, b″^-and f were simultaneously applied to evaluate the 5 HPLC fingerprints. GBE fingerprint was the best, and the equal appearing interval of GBE and GLEDI fingerprints were both better than the others, and the integral velocity and efficiency of ISH fingerprint was the highest. Conclusion The unified chromatographic fingerprint can reflect the full view of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprints. The 23 parameters such as f and φ can be used to objectively, authentically and thoroughly display the unified characteristics of the unified chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine.
