咳咳止口服液质控方法的研究

Quality control of Kekezhi Koufuye

目的建立咳咳止口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中浙贝母、银花、瓜萎进行定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果橙皮苷的线性范围为418．2～2092．0ng（r=0．9998），平均回收率为98．86％，RSD为0．80％。结论方法可行，重复性好，可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective To set up the quality standard for Kekezhi Koufuye. Methods Bulbus fritillariae Thunbergii, flos lonicerae japonicae and pericarpium trichosanthis were identified by thin layer chromatography method. The contents of hesperidin in Kekezhi Koufuye were determined by HPLC. Results The linear range of hesperidin was 418.2 -2092.0 ng （r=0. 9998）, the average recovery was 98.86%, and RSD was 0.80%. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and practicable. It can be used for the quality control of Kekezhi Koufuye.
