摘要
水电十四局在百色水利枢纽工程施工中集思广益、挖掘潜力、优化设计、精心施工,逐一克服洞室结构多样、形体变化复杂、洞室间隔强制约、施工工序多干扰、环境场地受限制等诸多困难,胜利地完成了施工任务,得到了两院院士潘家铮的赞叹。
The 14th Construction Bureau of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower has successfully carried out its tasks of constructing the underground powerhouse tailrace tunnel system of the Baise Hydropower Project and has highly been appraised by Mr. Pan Jiazbeng, academician of the two academies by drawing on collective wisdom and absorbing all useful ideas, tapping the latent power and being meticulous in construction after overcoming such difficulties one after another as structural diversification of underground caverns, complication of shape variation, interaction of cavern spachags, more construction procedures and restriction of site environment.
