污水中痕量汞的动力学分光光度法测定 被引量:22

摘要 本文研究了以Hg(Ⅱ)在H_2SO_4介质中催化K_4Fe(CN)_6和硫脲反应为指示反应测定汞的新方法,方法的检测限是1ng/ml;Hg(Ⅱ)浓度在0—0.060μg/ml范围内遵守Beer定律;用于合成水样和污水中痕量汞的测定获得了满意结果。 A new indicater reaction catalyzed by mercury(Ⅱ) has been studied. The colour reaction appears between K_4〔Fe(CN)_6〕and thiourea catalyzed by Hg(Ⅱ)in H_2SO_4. The optimum condition influencing the reaction rate and increasing the selectivity for determining trace Hg(Ⅱ)has been studied. The detection limit of Hg(Ⅱ)is ing/ml. Beer's law is obeyed for Hg(Ⅱ)in the range of 0~0. 060μg/ml. The relative standard deviation(n=9)is 3. 4% and the recovery is 100~105%. The method has been used to determine Hg(Ⅱ)in tap and polluted waters with satisfactory results.
