超敏C-反应蛋白对糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Increased Serum High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein Levels in Diabetic Patients Complicated with Atherosclerosis

目的:观察超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化的预示作用,了解hs-CRP同糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:收集65例临床确诊为糖尿病患者和68例体检确诊无糖尿病史及近4周无感染史的健康者,hs-CRP采用超敏免疫比浊法测定。结果:hs-CRP在糖尿病患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)正常组和升高组都明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),hs-CRP水平在LDL-C正常组和升高组之间差异也有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP参与糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化过程,对其发病机理有一定的预示作用。

Objective To evaluate the predicative value of determination of serum high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） levels for the risk of complication with atherosclerosis in diabetic patients. Methods Serum hs - CRP levels were determined with super - sensitive immuno - turbidity test in 65 diabetic patients and 68 controls. Results Serum hs - CRP levels in all the diabetics were significandy higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In the diabetics, the serum hs - CRP levels in patients with high LDL - C were significandy higher than those in patients with normal LDL - C （ P also 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Determination of hs - CRP levels in diabetic patients was of predicative value for development of atherosclerosis.
