摘要
提出一种以80C196KC单片机为控制核心的异步电动机软起动系统,给出系统控制电路结构图、单片机控制系统硬件电路结构图和控制软件框图,并对系统进行实验研究.相比于直接起动,使用软起动器的异步电动机,其起动电流约为稳定电流的4倍;电动机起动完成并达到稳态时,直接起动与软起动过程的起动电流倍数分别为6.66和2.96.结果表明,系统能有效地降低起动电流,且起动过程平稳,无冲击和振荡.
A soft starter based on 80C196KC single chip for asynchronous motor is presented in this paper. The hardware circuit configuration, the single-chip computer control system configuration, software realization diagrams and experimental results are also given. Using asynchronous motor of the soft starter, the starting current is four times greater than the stable current, but this value is nine times with direct starting. The starting currents are 6.66 and 2.96 times in direct starting and soft starting respectively, from motor starting to the stable. The results show that the proposed system can effectively decrease the stator starting current and start smoothly without impulse and oscillation.
