摘要
合成锰的吡啶-2-磺酸配合物Mn(C5H4NSO3)2.(H2O)2.研究结果表明,化合物属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,其晶胞参数:a=1.371 75(7)nm,b=0.720 44(4)nm,c=1.611 41(9)nm,β=106.855(1)°,V=1.524 1(1)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.775 g.cm-3,μ=1.183 mm-1,F(000)=828,R=0.022 7,wR=0.060 3.共收集到1 740个独立衍射点,其中I≥2σ(I)的可观测点为1 627个.在标题化合物中,Mn2+离子由2个吡啶-2-磺酸中的2个氮,2个氧,以及2个水分子中的2个氧配位形成畸变的N2O4八面体配位构型.配合物分子具有晶体学2次旋转轴对称性,分子之间通过许多O-H(配位水分子)…O(未配位磺酸根)氢键联结成二维结构网络.
Abstract: Diaqua-bis(pyridine-2-sulfonato-N,O) Manganese( Ⅱ)( [Mn(CsH4NSO3)2 · (H2O)2], Mr= 407.28 ) has been prepared and structurally characterized. The crystal is of momoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 1. 371 75 (7) nm, b=0.720 44(4) nm, c=1.61141(9) nm,/3=106.855(1) °, V=1.524 1(1) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1. 775g· cm^- 3, F(000)= 828, μ=1. 183 mm ^-1, R=0. 022 7 and wR=0. 060 3. The Mn atom in the title compound is six-coordinated by two O atoms and two N atoms of two pyridine-2-sulfonate ligands, and two water O atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecule in the title compound has a crystallographic C2 symmetry. The neighboring molecules in the complex are connected by hydrogen bonds of O-H (coordinated water molecule)……O(uncoordinated sulfonate), obtaining a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture.
