摘要
超超临界1 000MW等级的空冷汽轮机高效、节能、有利于环保,适用于煤炭资源丰富但水资源匮乏的地区。该机组在成熟的湿冷1 000MW超超临界汽轮机和空冷汽轮机基础上模化设计而成。超超临界汽轮机的关键技术以及空冷汽轮机的关键技术问题已基本解决。通过调整高、中、低压通流面积和选用一只合适的末叶片来适应空冷机组进汽量大、运行范围大的特点。该机组技术成熟,安全可靠。
Ultra super critical 1 000MW steam turbine, which is high efficiency, saving energy, propitious to environment protection, is suit for using in the district where abundance of coal but short Of water. The design for this unit is based on the mature model of 1 000MW condensing turbine and air cooling turbine. The key technique for the tdtra super critical turbine and air cooling turbine is solved in basis. In order to suit for the characteristics of the air cooing steam turbine which is large steam admission and operation range, the area of the steam admission in HP, IP and LP turbine are adjusted and a suitable last blade is chose.
