Combined with practical engineering, the article introduces construction technological process and concrete technological operation process of pre-tensioning method, illustrates laying and maintenance of concrete, and analyzes and discusses quality control and crack control of steel strand pre-tensioned pre-stressed hollow plate girder, in order to ensure its construction quality.
